1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Only residents of Florida, Ohio, and Michigan are eligible to enter and receive any insurance-related consultation, prize, or services in connection with this promotion.

All entries are subject to verification. Macy Insurance Solutions reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules.

2. Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in this giveaway constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Macy Insurance Solutions’ decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway. Eligibility to receive a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins and ends on the dates listed on the promotional landing page (the “Giveaway Period”). All entries must be received within this period to be considered eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the official entry form available through the designated online funnel or form hosted by Macy Insurance Solutions. All required fields must be completed with valid, truthful information.

Limit one (1) entry per person.Multiple entries from the same household, IP address, or email may result in disqualification.Macy Insurance Solutions reserves the right to void entries it believes were submitted using automated means or intended to circumvent the entry limits (including but not limited to bots, duplicate IP usage, and script-based form submissions).

5. Prize Details

The prize is described on the main giveaway page and may include a digital gift card or complimentary insurance-related consultation. Prize values will not exceed the fair market promotional value stated. Prizes are:

All taxes and any additional fees associated with receipt or use of the prize are solely the responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner(s) will be chosen via random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawings will be conducted within seven (7) days after the end of the Giveaway Period. Winners will be notified via the email address or phone number provided at the time of entry.

If a selected winner:

Cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, is ineligible, Declines the prize, or is found in violation of these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity Consent

Except where prohibited by law, entry into the giveaway constitutes consent for Macy Insurance Solutions to use the winner's name, likeness, city/state of residence, and statements for promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation or permission.
